If you need to cancel an order, contact Spider Grills customer support as soon as possible through the help widget on our website. Order cancellations cannot be processed once an order has shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped: Contact customer support, and we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You will need to wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return. See the "How to Return a Spider Grills Product" article for return instructions.

Refund timeline: If a cancellation is processed before shipment, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
