How to Return a Spider Grills Product

Spider Grills accepts returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Both unused (unopened) and used-but-working items are eligible for return, subject to the conditions below.


Return eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused (unopened) or used and operating as intended (not defective).

  • Defective or damaged items are handled through the warranty process — see the warranty articles for details.


Return process:

  1. Contact Spider Grills customer support through the help widget on our website to initiate your return.

  2. Ship the item back to the returns address provided by Spider Grills at your expense.

  3. Once Spider Grills receives and inspects the returned item(s), a refund will be issued for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax, minus the $25 restocking fee. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.


What the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • The $25 restocking fee


What is not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items that are defective or damaged (use the warranty process instead)


How long does a refund take? Refunds are issued after Spider Grills receives and inspects the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
