My Product Arrived Damaged, Defective, or With Missing Parts

If your Spider Grills order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, Spider Grills will make it right.


What to do immediately:

  1. Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed to document the damage or return damaged parts.

  2. Take photos of the damage or the issue before using the product.

  3. Contact Spider Grills customer support through the help widget on our website as soon as possible.


What to include when you contact us:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage, defect, or missing item(s)

  • Photos of the issue (attach to your support ticket)


What Spider Grills will do: Our team will review your claim, offer any potential troubleshooting or assistance as needed, and/or arrange a replacement of the damaged, defective, or missing component. You will not need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.


For Giant Huntsman freight deliveries: If you notice box damage before signing for your delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. This documents the damage at the point of delivery and helps us process your claim more quickly.
