Spider Grills Warranty — What Is Covered and How to File a Claim

Spider Grills stands behind its products and offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms vary by product. If you're not sure if your issue falls under warranty, please reach out and ask.


Warranty periods:

  • The Huntsman (Regular and Giant): 3-year limited warranty

  • Spider Grills Venom & all accessories (WebCraft, Huntsman accessories, etc.): 1-year limited warranty


What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Parts failures under normal use and maintenance

  • Replacement of defective components or parts


What is not covered:

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, dings, chipping)

  • Rust or oxidation

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper use, or failure to follow safety instructions

  • Incidental or consequential damages


How to file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Spider Grills customer support through the help widget on our website.

  2. Describe the issue with your product in detail.

  3. Have your original order number ready — you may be asked to provide it.

  4. Our team will assess your claim and determine the appropriate resolution (repair or replacement).


Proof of purchase: Retain your order confirmation email or receipt.


Note on the Spider-22: The Spider-22 has been discontinued. Spider Grills honored all warranties through their stated period, but spare parts for the Spider-22 are no longer available.
