Where Is My Order? How to Track Your Spider Grills Shipment

When you place an order on SpiderGrills.com, an initial order confirmation email is sent to the email address on your order. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your package has been picked up by the carrier. That email contains a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

To find your tracking information:

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Spider Grills.

2. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

3. Click the tracking link in that email to view real-time status on the carrier's website.

4. For FedEx: If you have a multi-part shipment (or ordered a Huntsman Grill), click “View More Details” to see all tracking numbers associated with each package in your order.

Which carrier shipped my order? Spider Grills uses different carriers depending on the product ordered. Accessories, Venom controllers, and the Huntsman 22” grill typically ship via FedEx. The Giant Huntsman ships via Less-Than-Truckload Freight (LTL). Your shipping confirmation email will contain a link to the carrier responsible for your shipment.

My tracking number isn't showing any results yet. It can take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost or delayed.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email. Contact Spider Grills customer support through the help widget on our website. Have your order number ready. We can confirm your order status and resend the confirmation if needed.

The carrier marked my order as lost or damaged. First, contact the carrier for updates and to open a lost or damaged package claim. If the carrier is unhelpful or does not update your order’s status, please contact Spider Grills customer support for assistance.
