The Giant Huntsman is a large-format grill that ships via various LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. The shipping experience is different from standard parcel delivery and has a longer timeline than smaller accessories.
Shipping timeline: From the date of purchase, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be picked up by the freight carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment before your grill arrives. You do not need to be available at a specific time until you have scheduled your delivery with the carrier. Make sure the phone number on your order is accurate and that you are available to receive calls.
What to do when your grill arrives:
Inspect the exterior of the packaging before signing for the delivery.
If there is visible damage to the boxes, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
If damage is found after unpacking, contact Spider Grills customer support immediately through the help widget on our website. Do not discard the packaging.
Tracking a Giant Huntsman order: Freight carrier tracking can be slow to update and may not reflect real-time status accurately. If you have not received shipping confirmation with a working tracking link within 10 business days from your purchase date, contact Spider Grills customer support, and we will look into the status of your shipment.
