Spider Grills ships products using different carriers depending on what you ordered. This article covers shipping timelines and carrier information for all standard (non-Giant Huntsman) orders.
Carriers used: Spider Grills uses FedEx and USPS for most standard parcel shipments, including the Huntsman, Venom, accessories, and spare parts. The Giant Huntsman ships separately via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight — see the Giant Huntsman Shipping article for details on that product.
Processing time: Spider Grills makes every effort to process and ship orders within 3 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time: Delivery time varies based on your location and distance from our warehouse in Athens, GA. An estimated delivery date is provided via the carrier's tracking page after your order ships and can be viewed using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Free shipping: Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $275+. The Huntsman and Giant Huntsman ship free at checkout. Shipping costs for other products are calculated based on order weight and destination, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping destination: Spider Grills ships to addresses within the contintental United States. International shipping is not currently available.
